Q) Do you provide removal of old cabinets?
A) Yes we will remove the old cabinetry (disposal charges will be included in the quote).
Q) Can you move walls for a bigger kitchen?
A) We can help you obtain an engineering assessment to determine if it is safe to do so first and then proceed with the project planning.
Q) Do you do electrical and plumbing?
A) Lynnwood Cabinetry does not but we can certainly help you find certified trades people to help with your project.
Q) Are you insured?
A) Yes, Lynnwood Cabinetry is fully insured and also covered by WSIB for any commercial work!
Q) What about permits?
A) It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain permits but we are more than happy to help with this. (Please note that drawings for permits will have a minimum charge of $1200.00)
Q) How long does it take from start to finish?
A) As there are too many variables to give a definite answer, we can only estimate the time required. In most cases it takes 8 to 10 weeks from final approval. *cabinet installation only*
Q) Do you sell countertops?
A) No we do not sell countertops directly but Lynnwood Cabinetry can help you choose one from one of our suppliers and include it in the quote .
Q) What is your warranty?
A) We offer a lifetime warranty on premium hardware(parts only). Coatings and materials are one year to the original purchaser under normal use. (as always, some conditions apply)
Q) Do you charge for quotes?
A) No, quotes for general public residential properties are free of charge. (There is a fee for commercial quotes which is applied as a credit if we get the job)
Q) How do we start the process?
A) Simply call Lynnwood Cabinetry to discuss your ideas and we will come to the site for an evaluation then prepare a quote for you.
Q) How long does it take to get a quote?
A) It can take 3 days to a week to receive your written quote.
Q) Do you keep standard size cabinets in stock?
A) No, all of our cabinetry is custom built to best suit your needs. We do not keep any prebuilt cabinets.
